Anna Dougherty has practiced exclusively in the area of transactional real estate law since obtaining her Georgia bar license in 2003. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the Terry College of Business at University of Georgia (2000), as well as a law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University (2003).
Anna has experience in both residential and commercial transactions. Over the years, she has represented and worked with a variety of real estate agents, brokerages, builders, developers, lenders, and banks in acquisition, development, and sale of Georgia real estate. She is a member of the Georgia State Bar Real Property Section, the Law and Economics Section, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, and the Cobb County Bar Association.
She manages the firm’s Buckhead office, in addition to handling closings at the West Cobb office.
